We hope that you love what you ordered from INTERPLAY COUTURE. But, in the event that you don't, we've made it as simple as possible to return items to us and we will do our best to issue you with a refund as quickly as possible.
Returns of full-price merchandise are accepted within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Refunds will be issued in original form of payment and must be accompanied by receipt with the merchandise in the original condition. All purchases of sale merchandise and swimwear are final sale. Gift cards cannot be returned.
PLEASE NOTE: All Sale purchases are FINAL. Returns and/or exchange requests on sale merchandise will not be accepted.

- Before mailing the item you wish to return please submit a request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You can do that either by clicking here or logging into My Account.
- Simply locate your order and confirm the merchandise you wish to return. Your RMA number will be generated automatically and emailed to you, along with return instructions.
- Mail us your item(s) to:
Unfortunately, we cannot refund any original shipping charges. If you choose to return the item in your own packaging please be sure to use the address listed above.
NOTE: We strongly recommend that you save your return tracking number until you have been notified that we have completed your refund.
- Call a Customer Service representative at (646-284-5049) and explain that you want to return an item for exchange, not refund. The replacement item(s) will require an additional shipping fee. Unfortunately, the original shipping charges do not apply to the replacement item(s).
- Return the item to us using the directions in "How to Return Merchandise By Mail", above.
- Simply order the replacement item from our website in the size and style that you want.
Please note: Only full-price merchandise can be returned by mail for exchange or refund. All sale purchases are final.
- Full-price merchandise can be returned at any of our stores in the United States for refund or exchange.
- Return the item to a sales associate along with your invoice. The sales associate will then initiate the return process for you and the documentation will be sent to you via email.
- Your credit will be processed within 3-4 business days and your credit should be reflected on your next credit card statement.
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 4pm ET, on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. Shipping times may also vary due to the availability of our merchandise.
Free standard shipping applies to all domestic online orders every Friday.
All domestic INTERPLAY COUTURE packages are shipped via UPS and we offer four different shipping options for delivery within the United States. All packages require signature confirmation.

You can quickly and easily track the progress of your shipped order via UPS:
- Find the UPS tracking number contained in the shipping confirmation email that we sent you.
- Clicking on this tracking number should take you to your item's tracking page on the UPS website. If clicking on the number doesn't work automatically, then simply visit www.ups.com and enter your number to track your order shipment.
If your order includes several items they may be sent to you in individual packages. If this is the case you will receive an email notification as soon as each individual item is shipped to you. Each email will include the tracking number for that specific package and you will be able to track the progress of each item using the method outlined in Tracking Your Order, above.
Free standard shipping applies to all international online orders. If standard shipping is not available due to size, value or geographic restrictions, express shipping would apply.
