Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you love what you ordered from INTERPLAY COUTURE. But, in the event that you don't, we've made it as simple as possible to return items to us and we will do our best to issue you with a refund as quickly as possible.
Returns of full-price merchandise are accepted within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Refunds will be issued in original form of payment and must be accompanied by receipt with the merchandise in the original condition. All purchases of sale merchandise and swimwear are final sale. Gift cards cannot be returned.
PLEASE NOTE: All Sale purchases are FINAL. Returns and/or exchange requests on sale merchandise will not be accepted.

- Before mailing the item you wish to return please submit a request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You can do that either by clicking here or logging into My Account.
- Simply locate your order and confirm the merchandise you wish to return. Your RMA number will be generated automatically and emailed to you, along with return instructions.
- Mail us your item(s) to:
Unfortunately, we cannot refund any original shipping charges. If you choose to return the item in your own packaging please be sure to use the address listed above.
NOTE: We strongly recommend that you save your return tracking number until you have been notified that we have completed your refund.
- Call a Customer Service representative at (646-284-5049) and explain that you want to return an item for exchange, not refund. The replacement item(s) will require an additional shipping fee. Unfortunately, the original shipping charges do not apply to the replacement item(s).
- Return the item to us using the directions in "How to Return Merchandise By Mail", above.
- Simply order the replacement item from our website in the size and style that you want.
Please note: Only full-price merchandise can be returned by mail for exchange or refund. All sale purchases are final.
- Full-price merchandise can be returned at any of our stores in the United States for refund or exchange.
- Return the item to a sales associate along with your invoice. The sales associate will then initiate the return process for you and the documentation will be sent to you via email.
- Your credit will be processed within 3-4 business days and your credit should be reflected on your next credit card statement.
