Where is your clothing sourced from?


At Interplay, after being in business for over 50 years we have excellent and creative sources domestically and everywhere in the world! We specialize in one-of-a-kind and uqinue artisanal pieces!




Do I need to make an appointment to shop?


Nope! You can come in any time during our opening hours, however it is not guaranteed that you will receive our stylist’s undivided attention. Making an appointment ensures that you will have your own private styling session.




When will I receive my order?


Orders will be received and processed as soon as possible and once shipped will take 5-7 business days.




How do I track my package?


You can quickly and easily track the progress of your shipped order via UPS:

  1. Find the UPS tracking number contained in the shipping confirmation email that we sent you.
  2. Clicking on this tracking number should take you to your item’s tracking page on the UPS website. If clicking on the number doesn't work automatically, then simply visit www.ups.com and enter your number to track your order shipment.

Do you ship internationally?


Currently, we are not offering international shipping.




When can I expect a response back after emailing you?


If you email us with any concerns or questions about our products or your order, we will try to get back to you as soon as we can. Most likely, we will be answering emails during store hours as listed below: Wednesday-Friday: 12-5pm Saturday: 11:30-5pm




Do you accept payment options other than credit/debit?


Currently, we only accept credit and debit card payments.




What if I need to exchange for a different size?


No problem! If you need a different size, we are more than happy to help. All you need to do is send an email by clicking here, letting us know what your order number is, the item you need to exchange, and the size you need instead. We will respond as soon as we can, and send you a return shipping label so that you can send the item back to us. You will receive your new item within 5-7 business days. How do I return items if I decide I don't like them?


Returns and exchanges are handled on a case by case basis! If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us directly by either emailing or calling. Returns of full-price merchandise are accepted as long as you reach out to us within 14 days of ordering. We are also able to provide store credit in exchange for your item if you visit our store location. You can learn more about our return policies here. Please note however, sale merchandise and evening wear cannot be returned.
